Electric Mobility Digital Manager

As part of the development of electric mobility activities, we are looking for a Digital Manager who will be responsible for the IT architecture and the digital roadmap. His/her main mission will be to facilitate the growth of business volumes while ensuring smooth and efficient processes in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. (S)He will coordinate different stakeholders throughout the project portfolio management life cycle and will be the SPOC for all IT matters. The digital roadmap will be entirely under his/her control and (s)he will be responsible for its implementation. The IT & Process excellence manager will therefore play an essential role in the success of the eMobility team.

The Digital Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities :

• Managing the IT roadmap to meet the business and operational needs of the electric mobility activities.
• Developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture framework by creating a set of standards and guidelines that can be used to discuss and evaluate initiatives.
• Supporting in arbitration of decisions in programs & projects by challenging initiatives and guarantee that they are in line with the overall architecture.
• Managing relationships with external IT service providers as well as key stakeholders (especially the IT department of Luminus) to implement the IT roadmap.
• Build and maintain the architecture repository where information about the architecture of the IT landscape is maintained and can be consulted.
• Analyzing the current state of the IT systems and processes and identifying areas for improvement or modernization.
• Move from a project approach to a product approach by having a 360° vision.
• Ensure the security, stability and efficiency of systems and data by implement a risk management policy with a business continuity plan.
• Manage the IT budget with a focus on cost optimization and a business case approach.

KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information technology or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of Odoo is a plus or of other ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce,..).
• Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
• Extensive experience with data/business process modelling.
• Overall good knowledge of IT landscapes.
• Strong project and organization management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
• Understanding of architecture design patterns & practice.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the electric mobility sector is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 years of experience as an enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
• Extensive experience with enterprise architecture solutions.
• Experience in secure Web Portals IT Architecture design, development, and deployment.
• Experience on implementation of Security-by-Design Application Deployment models and associated security technologies is a strong asset.
• Proven experience in with capability mapping and the ability to map initiatives to define their added value in realizing the overall strategy.
