Context

Luminus' ambition is to become the No. 1 in terms of customer focus within the sector, coupled with maximum internal efficiency. Therefore we must provide top tier customer & agent facing applications to facilitate self service and smoother follow-up of contacts. Furthermore we must keep our billing fast and efficient while integrating new services.

The IT landscape to achieve these goals is defined by the Enterprise Architect.

Mission

• Support the IT management in defining Luminus IT architecture strategies based on medium to long term needs, best practices in the market, and EDF Group guidelines
• Coordinate the Solution architect and Infrastructure architect in validating delivery choices and ensure compliance of projects/applications with overall architecture guidelines
• Ensure that the solutions effectively and efficiently support customer and business requirements
• Provide solution architectures across multiple technology domains on various accounts & projects in line with the IT strategy

Key Challenges 

• Bears end-to-end responsibility for end to end architecture of multiple IT domains
• Determines & monitors domain priniples
• Is responsible for formulating recommendations on techical dept reduction, convergence and cost efficiency.
• Monitors the implementation of the Architecture Runway and it’s enabling initiatives
• Directs a Community of Practice, coaches them and helps them develop, by transferring knowledge, giving feedback, challenging and identifying areas for improvement
• Carries out the above tasks in consultation with the director EA, business takeholders, vendor management, purchasing, etc.

• University education or equivalent
• Min. 10 years experience as IT Architect
• Knowledge of one or more: SAP, Salesforce, Cloudsense, Mecoms, Integration technologies, AWS
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Change management
• Helicopter view
• Communicative, very good presentation skills
• Flexible (constantly responding to new priorities)
