Heating is the main source of emissions for residential customers, which is why we aim to support our customers in moving away from fossil fuels and transitioning to heat pumps. As an Installer Network Manager, your main mission is to animate a portfolio of Partners (installers) to ensure the quality of the Network and compliance with operating rules.

You are also responsible for prospecting and integrating new Professionals entering the network in relation to various stakeholders.


Animation of the Partner portfolio

Prepare and conduct periodic reviews with the Professionals (scheduled according to the segmentation of the Professional) using Dashboard data and feedback and/or expectations from the sales department (customer complaints, etc.).

  • Provide a report for each review and identify the actions and reciprocal commitments made with the Professional.
  • Ensure feedback loop to the responsible party for the heat pump activity and the relevant project manager.
  • Identify expectations and/or complaints received from Professionals and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Participate in the periodic development of the Dashboard (data from our database) to monitor the activity and quality of the Network Professionals.
  • Plan and conduct periodic meetings with the heat pump teams (marketing, project managers, partnerships) on operations with the Professionals: compliance with deadlines (Technical Visits, installations, self-checks, compliance, etc.), relationship, tariff grid compliance, App usage, customer satisfaction.


Prospecting and integration of new Partners

  • Participate in the segmentation of your portfolio and define a prospecting strategy based on set objectives.
  • Support the new Professional in their integration journey.
  • Evaluate the Professional's installation capacity and implement actions to achieve it.

Job requirements

  • You have similar experience: prospecting with SMEs or craftsmen, sales representative in the distribution of technical products. Experience in the building sector would be a plus.
  • You are naturally enthusiastic, have good interpersonal skills, and a sense of service.
  • You are proactive and persuasive.
  • You master computer tools and reporting (CRM, Excel, etc.).
  • You are organized, rigorous, and have a results-oriented and reporting culture.
  • You are pedagogical while having decision-making and refocusing skills.
  • You enjoy working in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You are bilingual in Dutch/French.
  • You are looking for a dynamic work environment and want to give meaning to your actions.
