That's why Luminus Business offers energy solutions to companies and public authorities, helping them address their energy challenges and reduce their energy bills and CO2 footprint.

To expand the sales of our electric mobility solutions to our BTB customers in Wallonia and Brussels, we are looking for an account manager who will be specialized in electric mobility.

You will be responsible to support our BTB account managers and our affiliates to sell large emobility projects for companies or public institutions. You will be in charge of selling our complete emobility solutions for offices and for employees at home.

Tasks:



  • You work closely with the Sales of the Luminus BtB department in prospecting and selling our emobility solutions to customers in the BtB portfolio and to large fleet customers.
  • You are responsible for selling end-to-end emobility solutions for office and home charging (from hardware to emobility services such as public charging or split billing) to companies and public institutions.
  • You analyze the customer's needs, problems and ambitions and provide them with the products, services, information and advice they expect through an appropriate and engaging sales pitch.
  • You develop a relationship of trust with the customer, acting as a partner of emobility for the products and services offered.
  • You identify all required stakeholders/partners/subsidiaries needed to perform the solution and define together with them the solution design which best fits the needs of your customer.
  • You prepare the offer in collaboration with our installation partner, follow up if a site survey is required, and provide a complete customized offer with appropriate pricing and margins.
  • You lead contract negotiations with the client and coordinate the necessary actions with our legal department.
  • You are responsible for the proper administrative execution of offers and contracts by ensuring that offers are correctly processed in our systems.
  • You act as a product specialist for implementation and post-sales activities and actively collaborate with the operational teams to ensure that the solution is delivered in the right way with a first time right approach.
  • You analyze third party offerings to advise and guide customers in their decisions.
  • You collect market information and specific customer data to help product managers develop new products and services based on this information.
  • You prepare a targeted action plan to conduct acquisition activities or define an acquisition strategy and prospect for new customers using existing market information.

Job requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in account management in a B2B environment, preferably in energy and/or service activity.
  • Comprehension of technical aspects such as electricity and the practialities regarding installation is a must.
  • An experience in emobility is a plus
  • You demonstrate successful experience in managing a portfolio of clients and selling new services and products.
  • You are a challenger, with a drive to make things and projects happen.
  • You can act both as a relationship manager, consultant, project manager and service provider.
  • You adapt your attitude to the circumstances and needs of the client.
  • You can work both autonomously, based on self-motivation, and in group, as a team player with strong communication skills. You know how to motivate others to work together.
  • You are good in negotiation.
  • You have a great capacity to listen to translate the needs of customers into specific offers.
  • You respect deadlines, agreements and financials.
  • You are driven to close contracts and turn potential targets into satisfied customers.
  • Customer satisfaction is your first priority and makes you wake up in the morning!
  • You are motivated and concerned by sustainability issues, energy transition and fight against climate change.
  • You are at least bilingual : French/English and knowledge of Dutch is a plus
