Preparation and Method Team Leader - CCGT Power Plant

As the Preparation and Method Team Leader, you will be instrumental in overseeing the preventive and corrective maintenance planning and preparation at our new 870 MW gas-fired power plant. Your leadership will ensure optimal plant operation and maintenance, contributing significantly to the plant's status as one of the most powerful and efficient in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, managing recruitment, training, and personal development, with a focus on health, safety, and well-being.
• Strategically plan and oversee both preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring seamless coordination with the operations team.
• Manage inventory and procurement for maintenance requirements, balancing cost-effectiveness with operational efficiency, including specific reserve components.
• Champion the development and implementation of maintenance protocols, leveraging industry best practices and SAP systems.
• Act as a key collaborator with technical team leader and external partners to enhance operational capabilities.
• Drive innovation in maintenance methodologies, staying ahead

• Advanced degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership experience, particularly in managing small teams in a technical environment.
• Proven expertise in strategic maintenance planning in an industrial or power generation setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills, with fluency in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
• Deep commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and cybersecurity principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a dynamic team environment.
