Heating is the main source of emissions for residential customers, which is why we aim to assist our customers in moving away from fossil fuels and transitioning to heat pumps. As a Heat Pump Account Executive, you will be responsible for the management, adherence to deadlines, technical, financial, and administrative follow-up of a variety of decarbonized heating installations (Air/Water Heat Pumps, Air/Air Heat Pumps, thermodynamic boilers, Hybrid Heat Pumps) for our residential customers, ensuring their satisfaction.


You will manage your portfolio of residential customers from start to finish:

  • Handling incoming requests from individuals seeking a quote.
  • Analyzing the customer's needs and providing impartial advice on technical solutions and equipment. Training will be provided upon starting your position to quickly master the technical skills necessary for managing requests.
  • Building a trusting relationship with the customer, defining the solution to be chosen, and closing sales.
  • Identifying opportunities for selling other services. Introducing these new energy services to your customers and prospects to create leads for the Luminus Group.
  • Providing remote supervision of the site, in collaboration with installation partners.
  • Managing your affairs until receipt of payments with autonomy and versatility.
  • Negotiating with various stakeholders (installers, manufacturers).


Achieving Sales Objectives

You contribute to achieving the team's monthly and annual objectives and participate in establishing a rapidly growing activity.

Determining and proposing promotions, taking into account the type of customer and the target margins to be achieved.

Regularly reporting results to the team and discussing possible improvement points (processes, pricing, tools).

Job requirements

  • Customer satisfaction is your number one priority and motivates you every morning!
  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • You have a successful experience of at least 2 years in sales. Experience in the building sector would be welcome, but it is primarily your personality that will make the difference.
  • You enjoy working with technical products and are eager to learn.
  • You are bilingual in Dutch/French.
  • You can work independently, but you also enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
  • You work in a structured, results-oriented manner to manage priorities and meet commitments.
  • You are motivated to close deals and turn objectives into satisfied customers.
  • You are looking for a dynamic work environment and want to give meaning to your actions.
